I can’t believe it’s already been over a week since Maggie and I were packing up supplies, adding goodies to the swag bags and heading to the venue The DenMar Estate know known as the Gather Estate to set up for Our second BE CRAFTY ARIZONA workshop.
One of our favorite things to prepare for each workshop is creative name tags for all of our attendees and setting up cute little vignettes around the venue. When our attendees first walked into the door they were greeted with this cute little set up below in the entry. Strung from the windows is a paper banner made from Maggie’s new paper collection Confetti. Cole from The Felt Flower shop created the loveliest felt flower box that made our table feel like spring. Along side of it is a sponsor print from They Yellow Bungalow shop.
Maggie created our name tags with mini pom poms, washi tape and pattern paper from her Confetti collection. It’s always so fun to have the name tags that correlate with the workshop projects.
We may have been a little crazy, but I have to say I was so excited to see the vision of our hoop display come to life. Lots of pom poms were made the week before, floors covered in yarn shavings but in the end it was all worth it. The hoops were a big hit, especially paired with that vintage velvet couch.
Around the corner from the name tags was our main supply set up. A table full of eye candy.
The Makers gonna Make banner from JuneyHouse completed our set up. Her banners are amazing, the quality is top notch. I was so excited when she said yes to making one for our workshop.
After we introduced all the projects , the attendees had full range to the supply table. I think everyone enjoyed pulling their favorite color yarns from the basket.
We had such a fun day chatting and crafting with new and old friends.
Stay tuned for PART TWO. Many more photos and details about the rest of the event, including the treat table and a fun little photo shoot we did in the next post!!
All of our pictures were taken by our event photographer Julianne Marie Photography. If you are in the Arizona area she is a must to check out. Not only is she an amazing photographer but she is absolutely the sweetest thing ever!
